Solid door Hinge Installation

  • Use 3 hinges per door for 2040 Height 

  • Use 4 Hinges Per door for 2340 Height 

  • For Arch doors Position 2 hinges near the start of the arch at the top of the door to properly support the weight.

  • Space the remaining hinges evenly down the door for stability.

Screw Requirements

  • Screws fixing into the side jamb We recommend some of the screws  must be long enough to penetrate the wall framing (studs).

  • Always use screws rated for the door’s size and weight.

General Fixing Notes

  • Ensure the door frame is square and plumb before starting installation.

  • Confirm that all fixings are secure and suitable for the door’s weight and application.

  • Check alignment after fixing to ensure smooth operation.
