When will your delivery arrive ?

Please see the below table outlining the estimated delivery time of our products. Please note: You should allow up to 20 days for your items to arrive as minor delays with mail services can occasionally occur. Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Good news! We will keep you updated when your order has been dispatched, you can track your order through the following ways:

1. The shipping confirmation email we send you with your tracking info + carrier information.
   2. Another way is by logging in to your account.

Extra shipping information 

We ship from multiple warehouses across Australia using the following carriers: Australia Post, Allied Express, StarTrack, Toll and Fastway.

Delays may occur in the event of extreme weather conditions. If you require an item sooner than this, please contact us before placing your order. 

We are unable deliver to PO Boxes as our couriers require a street address for delivery.

If you do not wish your item to be left at the delivery location by the courier, please indicate 'no' on the check-out page. If you choose to give us authority to leave your item, no responsibility can be taken by Hardware concepts if an item is lost or stolen. 

If you select to sign for your delivery but are not available to do so on the delivery day, your item will be taken to their nearest depot for you to collect at a time convenient to you - we will provide tracking information when your order is dispatched,

If a re-delivery is requested, charges will apply. Please contact us for information on re-delivery fees.
