Replacement and returns +
Hardware concepts take pride in the quality products we supply and because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange if it is returned to us within 30 days, even if you just change your mind! Please note this excludes sale items.
Hardware Concepts go above and beyond to ensure our items are packaged incredibly safe, in order to avoid any inconvenience, but in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item(s), please contact Hardware concepts within 48 hours of receiving. Please inspect the packaging of the item(s) when they arrive, and if you notice any damage, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If the item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos of each item and packaging to admin@hardwareconcepts.com.au within 2 business days. Make sure to retain the original packaging to re-use for the return of the damaged items which will be covered by Hardware Concepts .
To receive a full refund, all merchandise must be in original packaging and original condition, with all installation hardware and protective wrapping included. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We will provide return shipping labels for defective product or shipping errors.
IVER HARDWARE
Please Note Iver products have a 25% restocking fee they charge that will be passed on to the client for change of mind.
WOODEN DOORS
Change of mind returns cost will be at the clients expense, a 30% restocking fee will apply to doors that are off the shelf .
Change of mind policy does not apply to Custom or customised doors .
Custom doors are not able to be refunded unless the product is received damaged .

Product Warranty & Limitations
Hardware Concepts products are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product is found to be faulty or not fit for purpose, our liability is strictly limited, at our discretion, to the replacement of the product, the repair of the product, or a refund of the original purchase price.
Exclusions & Consequential Loss
Hardware Concepts does not accept responsibility for:

Any costs associated with removal, re-installation, painting, staining, sealing, finishing, or modification of a product,

Site labour or trade costs (including carpentry, painting, cleaning, or disposal services),

Delays, project management costs, or other consequential or indirect losses.
Inspection Requirement
Where a product issue is reported, Hardware Concepts must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the product prior to removal or alteration. Failure to provide such opportunity may void any claim beyond the replacement or refund of the product.
Installation & Site Conditions
It is the responsibility of the purchaser/installer to ensure products are correctly installed, sealed, and protected in accordance with industry standards and Hardware Concepts guidelines. Damage or failure caused by site conditions, improper installation, or lack of protection from environmental exposure will not be considered a product fault.
ALUMINIUM DOORS
Change of mind returns cost will be at the clients expense, a 30% restocking fee will apply to doors that are off the shelf .
Given the bespoke nature of the Products, we do not offer change of mind refunds, returns or exchanges on custom ordered items or pre-order Items.

In the case where a refund is issued, the refund will be facilitated through your original payment method. Please note, gift vouchers cannot be refunded for cash.
