Lola must be installed in an opening fully protected from the weather to maintain the integrity of the timber. The warranty does not cover weather-exposed installations. Seal all faces and edges promptly after installation.

Unfinished timber varies naturally. Grain, density and porosity differ from board to board, so stain can absorb unevenly and show blotching or colour variation. We recommend applying a pre-stain wood conditioner before staining. It helps the timber absorb stain more evenly and softens the contrast between grain patterns, for a smoother, more consistent finish.
